If you’re anything like us and love a good escape room game – this one with a cocktail twist will be right up your street! Set in a futuristic London where an evil company is working to kill the human race, it’s up to you and your partner to save the world – all the while creating and sipping on 2 cocktails included in the ticket price!

2. London Dungeon Lates

Sticking with our theme of activities with cocktails – London Dungeon Lates is a real favourite of ours. Head into the Dungeons after hours and enjoy an adults-only 75-minute tour, two alcoholic cocktails and access to the Dungeon Tavern to cosy up to your date in a Victorian pub. Sounds perfect, right?!

3. Trapped in a Room with a Zombie

Another escape the room date idea (sorry, but they’re a great evening out!), but this time you’ll be locked in the room with an actual, real-life zombie! You and your love will have just an hour to work together, find the key and get out. Hurry, though, as the zombie will get a foot closer to you with every five minutes that pass and one touch means instant death!

If you’re looking for a spectacular date idea, a Gordon Ramsey restaurant is always good place to start. The foul-mouthed chef has ramped it up a notch with Street Lounge, with private space capsules dotted across the lounge where you can enjoy sushi, chicken wings, truffle fries and much more.

5. Rent a hot tug

Where: Angel: 16-34 Graham Street, N1 8JX | West India Quay: Off Hertsmere Road, E14 4AL

I know what you’re thinking: “Don’t you mean hot tub?” but you would be mistaken!

Hot tugs are essentially floating hot tubs that you can ride down London waters.

You and your date will be fully in charge of the boat, controlling where you want to go for the 90 minutes, and enjoying a few cold beers on the way!
