London’s skyline really is one to be admired – and even better to be admired with some delicious food and refreshing cocktails!
With endless rooftop, riverside and sky jaunts to choose from, we’ve chosen our favourite places to soak up those endless London views.
1. Aqua Shard
No list of restaurants with amazing views in London would be complete without Aqua Shard. Situated on the 31st floor of the famous Shard building in Southwark, this European restaurant offers delicious dishes, as well as an Afternoon Tea option, all while soaking up the stunning views of the Thames.

2. Duck & Waffle
Situated near Liverpool Street, Duck & Waffle sits pretty on the 40th floor of Heron Tower. Here you can enjoy their unique twists on British classics, while sipping on one of their signature cocktails while soaking up the views on one of their window tables. Not hungry? Chill out in their entrance bar and indulge in some beverages overlooking the famous Gherkin.

3. Giant Robot
While not a sky restaurant, Giant Robot is a food market like you’ve never seen before. Home to four street food vendors, two bars and a café, this Canary Wharf spectacular’s ‘rooftopia’ is situated on top of Crossrail Place with a 360-degree Island Bar serving killer cocktails all day.

Heading back to The Shard, Rainer Becker’s Oblix is a triple joy, with three different options to enjoy stunning views of the London skyline.
Oblix West is their signature dining room with British and European dishes, while Oblix East is a more stylish, cosmopolitan affair with cocktails and seasonal dishes. Bar@east offers unique, spectacular drinks that have been created purely for Oblix.

This iconic restaurant is situated in the iconic OXO Tower on London’s South Bank and visitors can enjoy unparalleled views of St Paul’s and the city skyline while indulging in seasonal British food, afternoon tea or a few casual cocktails.
The garden terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows truly are stunning and should not be missed.

If you’re looking for a great view to go with your meal – how about the highest outdoor dining terrace in Europe? Sushisamba boasts 360degree views of the City on the 39th floor of Heron Tower.
But it’s not just the views that have people flocking – its delicious Japanese, Peruvian and Brazilian dishes are to die for.

7. Darwin Brasserie
Situated on the 36th floor of London’s highest public garden – Sky Garden – Darwin’s Brasserie is a lively spot with classic British cuisine and creative cocktails.
Soak up the beautiful views of the Thames in a nature-inspired space with minimal décor that lets the food do the talking.

It’s back to The Shard for a third and final time in this list, but we couldn’t leave out the stunning Hutong.
Situated on the 33rd floor, it serves diverse Northern China cuisine and Asian cocktails, with stunning traditional Chinese interior as you enjoy panoramic views over the capital’s skyline. If you like Chinese food, you won’t be disappointed here.
